Rise Against Hunger 2024

Highland Hills is excited to continue our support of Rise Against Hunger! Rise Against Hunger works as a global movement to end hunger by empowering communities, nourishing lives, and responding to emergencies. 

Rise Against Hunger and partner organizations host meal packing events where volunteers will pack meals for people in need. Rise Against Hunger has volunteers pack meals because they want to engage as many people as possible in the movement to eradicate hunger. Meal packing events are an opportunity both to serve and to learn about hunger, what people can do about it, and inspire participants to take further action. Creating such a movement through educating people about the issue is essential to finding a way to end hunger in our lifetime.

HHBC will be hosting a meal event on Sunday, April 21, at 5 p.m. in the Great Room. Register to participate using the link below or by calling the church office.
